Aji Mirasol, es lo mismo que Aji Amarillo. Also eine getrocknete gelbe Chili aus den Anden. Die Aji Amarillo ist nicht sehr scharf, dafür aber sehr aromatisch und fruchtig. Es ist die meist benutze Chili in Peru.
